Marcus Webb fires up his backyard smoker in Southampton, NY and serves his legendary honey-habanero wings to neighbors. The response is electric — East coast wings is born.
First Brick-and-Mortar Location
We open our doors at 1109 Noyack Rd, Southampton. Within the first month, we're fully booked on weekends and earning a reputation as the best wings on Long Island.

Our sauce menu expands to 30 signature flavors, from the crowd-favorite Classic Buffalo to the daring Ghost Pepper Inferno. Wing lovers drive hours just to taste them all.
