2010

The First Wing Is Served

Marcus Webb fires up his backyard smoker in Southampton, NY and serves his legendary honey-habanero wings to neighbors. The response is electric — East coast wings is born.

2012

First Brick-and-Mortar Location

We open our doors at 1109 Noyack Rd, Southampton. Within the first month, we're fully booked on weekends and earning a reputation as the best wings on Long Island.

2015

30 Sauces. Zero Apologies.

Our sauce menu expands to 30 signature flavors, from the crowd-favorite Classic Buffalo to the daring Ghost Pepper Inferno. Wing lovers drive hours just to taste them all.

2018

Catering Goes Regional

East coast wings launches a full-service catering operation, bringing bold wings to weddings, corporate events, and festivals across Long Island and the greater New York area.

2021

Online Ordering Launched

We bring east coast wings directly to your door with our new online ordering platform. Curbside pickup and delivery make our flavors more accessible than ever to the community.
